I do my very best to provide the highest
quality hand-picked plants. All plants are sold "As Is"
- I always do a check for disease and the health of the plants
before ever offering them for sale. I do not guarantee that
plants sold in spike/bud/bloom will arrive or remain in that
condition as they're much more delicate to ship. Furthermore,
because I provide a photo of the exact plant you are receiving,
I do not normally accept returns; all sales are final. Illinois
Clients, please add 8.75% sales tax to your order!
I do not guarantee against damage in shipping.
Shipping via USPS with insurance or Fed-Ex covers lost parcels
and contents which were damaged mechanically (i.e. the box
was crushed or the contents appear to have be jostled heavily)
- insurance does not cover items which "perish"
in transit (i.e. it got cooked or frozen). Currently the USPS
has about a 98% success rate of providing FLAWLESS delivery
of my shipments. Fed-Ex is currently at a 100% success rate
of FLAWLESS deliviers.
If there ever
a problem, please let me know immediately upon arrival (within
24 hours) and I'll do my best to provide a fair and reasonable
solution on a case-by-case basis. I want ALL of my winning
bidders & customers to be happy, repeat clients!
